GREAT JOB to all the ladies and teen girls who attended our Women Self Defense Seminar on Aug 4th, 2021.
They learned and practiced some hands-on self defense skills that can enable them to avoid, resist and survive situations ranging from low levels aggression to violent assault.
Our certified Law Enforcement instructors also offered important information for dealing with difficult and potentially dangerous situations!
